一 |     从警15年，她在平凡的岗位上燃烧青春，把服务群众和忠诚履职镂刻成从警岁月；她不断创新工作方法，提升服务水平，把自己的智慧、热情和爱心毫无保留地奉献给了公安事业，彰显了一名普通女警的伟大情怀。    Responding to an extraordinary wave of public demand, the makers of Dhurandhar, Saregama, Jio Studios and B62 Studios — released the much-awaited track “Ishq Jalakar – Karvaan” earlier than planned. The move follows the explosive success of the film’s trailer, which amassed over 50 million views on YouTube within days of its release on November 18.     The haunting qawwali snippet featured in the trailer instantly captured the internet’s attention. Viewers across platforms began clipping and resharing the music, making fan edits, and repeatedly urging the makers to release the full version. As social media filled with reels and tributes, the demand became impossible to ignore — leading the team to bring the track forward.          The updated version, which was written by Shashwat Sachdev and Roshan Lal, pays tribute to the essence of Roshan Lal's timeless masterpiece, which is still a major component of Saregama's historical music collection. With the powerful voices of Shashwat Sachdev, Shahzad Ali, Subhadeep Das Chowdhury, and Armaan Khan, the new arrangement combines modern intensity with classic soul. The song's lyrics, written by contemporary author Irshad Kamil and the renowned Sahir Ludhianvi, have a strong emotional impact.     The mounting anticipation around Dhurandhar, coupled with the internet’s affection for Ranveer Singh’s commanding presence in the trailer, further pushed the song into viral territory. Fans praised Shashwat Sachdev’s bold reinterpretation, hailing it as a cultural moment even before its official launch.                                                  Director Aditya Dhar expressed gratitude and surprise at the response, saying, “What began as a simple sneak peek turned into a wave of unstoppable excitement. We hadn’t planned to release Ishq Jalakar – Karvaan so soon, but the explosive reaction left us no choice. Shashwat has brilliantly reimagined the classic, and we’re thrilled audiences can finally experience the soul of Dhurandhar.”     Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar, Dhurandhar releases worldwide on December 5. The music video for Ishq Jalakar – Karvaan is now live on the Saregama Music YouTube channel, with the audio available across all major streaming platforms.     Also Read: Haq Director, Suparn Varma Defends Dhurandhar, Says Foreign Movies With Equal Violence Get Applause。工作以来，她先后荣获全国人民满意的公务员、全国公安机关爱民模范、全国维护妇女儿童权益先进个人、辽宁省三八红旗手、省人民满意政法干警、省巾帼建功标兵、市百姓雷锋、市劳动模范等19项荣誉称号，荣立个人三等功3次，嘉奖5次。她就是现任市公安局顺城公安分局营商审批大队大队长的赵玥。         　　2009年，22岁的赵玥从警校毕业后，选择扎根基层，先后在派出所担任户籍内勤和社区民警。在当户籍内勤期间，她凭借熟练的业务能力，一天办理200个户籍业务从不叫苦、叫累。         　　“为群众服务，让群众满意”一直是赵玥的工作准则。工作中，她发现很多群众不了解户籍政策，经常因为手续不全，往往要多跑好几个来回。于是她反复归纳梳理，总结出涵盖19项户籍业务的便民“万能表”，所有手续一目了然。正因如此，她所在的辖区户籍办理效率大大提高，得到了市局乃至省厅的充分肯定和推广。此后，随着微信的普及，赵玥又把服务群众的阵地搬到了网络上，率先创新开通了户籍微信公众号，具有咨询、查询、预约、网上审核、政策宣传等功能，极大地方便了办事群众。         　　2018年5月，赵玥被调派到社区担任民警并兼任前甸派出所女子警务区负责人。在新的岗位上，她把学雷锋与做好社区民警本职工作紧密结合、融会贯通，带领女子警务区民警坚持“预警在先早消化、教育在先早转化、控制在先早防范、调解在先早处理”的理念，及时对社区居民之间的矛盾纠纷进行调处化解，做到小事不出屋、大事不出社区，最大限度地把矛盾消除在基层，构筑社会稳定的第一道防线。不仅如此，她还充分利用市局、分局警务信息化建设资源，采用二维码门牌、视频巡防监控以及手机APP、微信群等技术载体实现对辖区数据资源的即时掌控，促进了社区警务工作的效能大幅提升。         　　顺城区前甸镇澳海社区党总支书记王迪峰说：“在担任社区民警以来，赵玥给我们的印象十分平易近人，与社区居民相处也非常融洽。她经常深入辖区居民家中，排查人口信息，协助辖区企业、商铺做好安全防范工作，配合社区做好居民矛盾化解工作。她这种勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业的工作作风，得到了大家的一致认可。”          　　2023年9月，赵玥来到顺城公安分局营商审批大队工作。工作期间，她创新推出成立“顺城公安分局政务服务流动窗口”，流动窗口开展以来，涉政务服务类投诉率下降37%，群众满意率上升44%。通过推进“政务服务流动窗口”机制建设，满足了群众、企业“线上随时办、线下随地办”的办事需求。         　　市公安局顺城公安分局营商审批大队大队长赵玥说：“14年的基层工作让我感受到只有脚踏实地做事，真心实意地服务老百姓，就一定能收获群众的信任和认可。去年我来到营商审批大队任职，虽然角色在变，但初心未改，我将带领全体政务服务民辅警，默默坚守在工作岗位，为辖区百姓当好贴心人，为优化营商环境，护航振兴发展，建设更高水平的辖区平安工作作出更大贡献。
